The digital transformation of society benefits some and marginalizes others. In this seminar we will discuss the issue of the digital divide and possible counter approaches in Social Work, with an emphasis on hybrid counseling. Empirical insights from an ongoing cooperative research project are presented. From this we deduce practical implications for the use of digital media insocial counseling services.

社会的数字化转型使一些人受益，也使另一些人边缘化。在本次研讨会上，我们将讨论社会工作中的数字鸿沟问题和可能的对策，重点是混合咨询。介绍了一个正在进行的合作研究项目的经验见解。由此，我们推断出在社会咨询服务中使用数字媒体的实际意义。
